August, 2014, assessments of CMMI ML3 proceed at Beijing Cycle century head office by assessment team led by TaekSang Chang which authorized by SEI (Software Engineering Institute).

CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is a process improvement training and appraisal program and service administered and marketed by Carnegie Mellon University and required by many DOD and U.S. Government contracts, especially in software development. CMMI can be used to guide process improvement across a project, division, or an entire organization.
