  Duty of responsibility:
  1、responsible for software test team management;
  2、responsible for all kinds of website performance/automation;
  3、understand the project business requirements can effectively identify the project risk of test;
  4、responsible for the lead test team, design, implementation, optimization of the test process, test means rich, the introduction of new test framework and strategy;
  5、with other testers, developers, project managers, communication and cooperation, promote the smooth progress of the project;
  6、maintenance, testing process, statistics and analysis of test results, improve the test efficiency and quality;

  Job requirements:
  1、computer, electronics, communication or related major, college degree or above;
  2、love test work, strong ability of inter-departmental communication;
  3、4 years experience in software testing, test for more than 2 years management experience, testing workers engaged in set-top box industry preferred;
  4、to understand the master product demand, the structure of the software design, and according to the product demand, the structure of the software test case design closely;
  5、have the ability to undertake large projects independently testing tasks, strong ability of test plans, have the ability to form a test team;
  6、proficient in automation test and stress test is preferred;
  7、strong learning ability, team work spirit; have strong sense of responsibility and initiative, compressive ability;
  8、have good organization and leadership skills, good oral communication skills and communication skills, good English reading and writing skills and listening and speaking skills;
